vinyasa flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice that is always evolving. You can expect a creative sequence with poses that build from the foundations of flow and Breath. This class may include arm balances and inversions as well as options for modifications. The class will always start with a warm up and conclude with cool down and savasana.
Slow flow
Find power in a slower practice that helps you to focus on breath and build more stability. Poses will be held slightly longer and stretches slightly deeper. We begin with warming up the spine will conclude with a deep stretch and savasana.
yoga for all
This is an all-levels class that is geared more towards beginners but is designed to meet the needs of those newer to yoga as well as those seasoned practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of the foundational Yoga postures. We always begin with a warm up, end with a cool down and savasana.
beginner flow
Learn the fundamentals of vinyasa flow. We begin with a warm up and move slowly through our sequence breaking down to the very foundation of each breath and posture to allow you to learn to feel what works with your body and how to modify for your body. An emphasis is placed on student understanding of safe alignment with clear concise cues and demonstration. Class always concludes with a cool down and savasana.
relax refresh
This class is a relaxing, stress relieving and fun. We move with purpose to increase strength, flexibility & help enhance the fitness regimen. the class combines Traditional Hatha, Yin & Iyengar yoga, as well as some Pilates. Incorporating the use of props, blocks and straps, different selections of music and maybe even some chanting to keep the practice interesting. All are welcome from young athletes to retirees come with an open mind and leave feeling relaxed!
soulful sunday
On Sundays we reflect, take time to catch our breath and set an intention for the week ahead, while moving through a thoughtful flow. The physical asana is designed to challenge with a slow start that builds to a peak with each cycle, typically includes arm balances and many options for modifications and positive affirmations. The class concludes with a cool down, savasana. All levels are welcome, come as you are do what you can and leave the rest.
pop-up community
This class is designed as an introduction to the studio and/or a new instructor. The class is beginner to intermediate level with options for modifications. Come to destress, relax and have fun!
private lessons
Good for new practitioners looking to find comfort before commiting to public classes, those looking to deepen their practice or refine a specific skill, private parties or couples, fears about COVID, Flu, etc. Contact us for more info.
